Return and Exchange Policy
At Sunahari, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 48 hours of the delivery date for eligible items. All you have to do is raise a ticket from your Sunahari account or drop an email within 48 hours of receiving the package. Please read the following guidelines carefully:
We recommend recording video while you open your order without cut and pause. Without video proof, returns or exchange cannot be processed.
Return
1) Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
2) Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at sunahari.in@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.
3) Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
4) Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
5) COD orders will get refunds in their Sunahari account.
6) Shipping charges will be 300/-
Exchanges
1) Eligibility: Exchanges are available for items that are defective, or damaged upon receipt, or if you received the wrong item.
2) Initiating an Exchange: To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support team at sunahari.in@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please provide your order number, details of the issue, and the item you wish to exchange it for.
3) Exchange Process: Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Upon receiving the returned item, we will promptly ship out the replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange, including:
- Customized or personalized items
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Items sold during a sale
- Items under ₹99
